We are NOT a government body, public department, or statutory regulator. We have no corporate, official, or affiliated relationship with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), the Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN), the Intellectual Property India (IP India) Registry, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), or any state or central governmental department.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Guide to Grow website, requesting consultations, or engaging our facilitation services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Scope of Facilitation Services
Guide to Grow provides technology-enabled document management, process structuring, and administrative facilitation for Indian business registrations and compliance. We operate in collaboration with independent certified professionals (such as Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries). Guide to Grow itself does not act as an advocate or law firm, and using our services does not create an attorney-client relationship.
3. Client Responsibilities & Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date KYC documents, identity proofs, financial records, and operational declarations. Guide to Grow and its associated professionals rely on the authenticity of documents provided by you. Any statutory penalties, rejections, or prosecution resulting from false information submitted by the client are the sole responsibility of the client.
4. Government Fees vs Professional Service Charges
All engagements clearly distinguish between official statutory government fees (such as state stamp duties, MCA portal fees, and FoSCoS tariffs) and our professional assistance fees. Official government receipts generated upon payment into public treasuries (e.g. Bharatkosh) will be forwarded to the client upon clearance.
5. Timelines & Outcome Disclaimers
While Guide to Grow processes and files all applications diligently, timelines and approvals are subject to government authorities (e.g. Registrar of Companies, GST officers, Trademark examiners). We do not guarantee statutory approvals or grant of licenses, as ultimate approval authority rests solely with the competent government departments.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Guide to Grow, its founders, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of business profits or statutory late fees caused by client delay in supplying documentation or portal outages on government systems.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
